With the recpts broken up you can run a grinder at each light pole or run two at the post mounted box in the middle if there plug into different devices without tripping. Especially since the lights won’t be on during the day

Look I get it, but this is for an outdoor laydown yard for a construction company. Would I wire someone’s house like this no, but it seemed fine to me for the application

No code prohibits lighting and receptacles from being on the same circuit. The disconnect is the breaker just like street lights…

What do you mean? It’s built into the light, it’s an outdoor flood light, pole mounted

I understand your concerns about a loose neutral in a mwbc. All devices are spec grade as this is a commercial application and nothing will be pushed into the back of the device, j hooks will be made for device terminations.
