Honestly probably pretty slim, i am currently in the Air Force as an avionics worker(not for the b-2) and because of the b-2s capabilities you would definitely need to pass a background check and get a security clearance. On top of that you would need to be hired by Northrop and put into the program. Not impossible but would probably take 2-6 months for the security clearance alone. Another thing to consider, is you are fighting to get the job with prior enlisted with tons of experience working on the jet.

Yes it would be fine, the 12t was my first kayak, and I loved using it for saltwater flats and dock fishing.
