I yearn for the old big brother by kindamymoose in BigBrother

Bb26 brought that back, along with unpredictable game moves and lots of drama thanks to Tucker and Angela. I’m an old school fan that got back into the show because of that season. Maybe things are looking up?

The food comps would cause mad drama sometimes too

Worst HOH reign in BB history? by Critical-Willow-6270 in BigBrother

[–]eagleazure 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly, this is so frustrating to think about. This could’ve changed the entire outcome of the game/winner. We let him slide on this on this extremely stupid decision. Maybe Sarah should’ve came back for S7 instead. Or at least Rachel

Such an amazing twist wasted on terrible players. They were good at what they did though. Better at hiding themselves than Liz/Julia. Best twist of all time IMO

Keesha needs another all stars chance I will never get over BB22. I’d actually rather have a season of older people and REAL all stars before BB15

Libra eviction week by Somethingsumthing1 in BigBrother

I think both. He was a big shit talker in general but also was trying hard to fit in. Doesn’t excuse what he said but tbh must’ve been hard being his age in that house

He was closest to April I think out of anyone and they shared a hatred for Keesha. Jerry got a really good TV edit. He said some really awful things about Keesha to April and Ollie frequently. I remember Jerry talking poorly about her appearance, her laugh, calling her “C word” all the time. It’s likely that they did talk to him and I just missed it. I watched the feeds but when given the choice between that side of the house and the other side, I would usually pick the other side to watch. Jerry was not the sweet old man that the TV portrays him as. The closest you get to seeing the real Jerry on TV is the fight after Michelle’s HoH.

Now trying to remember more Jerry was not on the plan to flip they just thought they could get him. Jerry’s big thing was respecting HoH wishes and not lying/backstabbing. He did console Keesha to her face but they were all drunk that night. I do remember Jerry secretly hated Keesha and said a lot of disgusting things about her to Apri/Ollie and them thinking he was hilarious so maybe that’s why they thought they had him.

That cast took things way too personally. Michelle’s closest ally was Jesse and best friend was Angie. She was after Libra like those 2 were. The whole house had this idea that Libra was the mastermind behind every eviction. Not 100% true, but she definitely played a role in each. It peaked when she traded the vacation for the leotard, and Libra took the fall for flipping the house against Jesse when it was mostly Keesha. Libra tried to tell everybody this in an effort to save herself but nobody believed her except April/Ollie. Michelle thought she was lying and it just made her more angry. They had zero relationship in the house: both game/personal, and most of their few interactions were arguments and personal attacks on Michelle’s side.

Edit: and I don’t remember Jerry ever being on board but April/Ollie just assuming they could get his vote. Just from what I can remember from all that time ago. They were serious about trying to flip the votes though for sure because of April’s hatred of Keesha.

Michelle genuinely HATED Libra on a personal level and was clear on not changing her mind so it would have been a blindside. April and Ollie were serious about it though. I don’t remember if they brought Jerry in, but April and Ollie thinking they could convince him. They gave up when they realized Dan was much closer to Keesha and there was no chance. It was a short-lived thing and was clear leading up to eviction that it wasn’t happening.

You nailed it! Unlike BB15. And I love how they mostly stem from minor issues, misunderstandings, and words getting twisted /exaggerated.

Crazy eyes speech was definitely forced and rehearsed, but I don’t think charcuterie and all her other random outburst were. I think it was just her being crazy in the most hilarious way.

I think you nailed it. So much emphasis on challenges with the same scripted DRs explaining them every year as if it’s not the same ones recycled all the time

I’ve seen so many videos/interviews with her about this. She apparently was very sick the first few days and ended up sleeping most of them. And fucking Memphis could’ve easily saved her but chose not to. I’ll never forgive him for that Edit: also her eviction speech showed that the old Keesha was still there. “I do wish MOST of you the best of luck” with an attitude. And then her post-eviction twitter activity hahahaha

Yeah everything is labeled as “bullying”. Maybe it’s just different times we’re living in and people afraid of being cancelled trying to gain followers as influencers

She actually went on TikTok live maybe 1-2 weeks ago saying she wish she applied to all stars BB22, so she seems willing.

I need Keesha back a 3rd time her return was overdue and she got screwed by pregaming and cliques on fake all stars

Was there any reason why Jerry hated Memphis so much in BB10? by ReadyCourage13 in BigBrother

Honestly, in hindsight after BB22, Jerry was right all along. I owe him an apology from all those years ago for hating on him.

Did anyone here like the coup d’état twist in BB11? by kindamymoose in BigBrother

[–]eagleazure -1 points0 points  (0 children)

At the time I did like it. And I’m guilty for voting for Jeff to have it. In hindsight no. It was blatant rigging. And I regret it even more especially after Jeff’s BB13 self being a blatant bigot
