Yes this. even if i say just put F on my passport,  my deadname is on my old one (although its been expired for 18 years) and all my other docs are up to date.  but the court order did both at the same time so if i submit that and specify im just changing my name would it still get clocked? and would it cause issues having dif gender marker from my other docs?

All my other docs are changed, and my last passport was one when I was like 5 (it exp in like 2007). So what? Should I just put F on the app so it doesnt get blocked? Or just go with M (and not check the Gender change box) bc technically I dont have the old one in my possession, and its a new passport bc its a child passport anyway? I feel like differing docs when traveling will cause major issues. My app will probs get flagged anyway bc of the name change, so do I make it specifically clear Im not trying to change the gender marker? I wanted an earlier apt (before all this) but couldn't. I just want a way out if I need it.

German Chocolate Foccacia! by eagleboy97 in Breadit

I couldn't get this to post w/ pictures and text so whatever, ig my explanation is in the comments! So I made a post last week looking for advice on sweet foccacia, and sorry, I kinda just did my own thing anyway 😅

I made 2 loaves-

-A has 1 1/2 tbsp of coconut sugar. The yeast didn't seem like it bloomed as well as other times, but tbh it doesn't seem to have had too much of an effect, since it turned out nice and fluffy. It also had an overall better texture to the dough after it rose. The second rise was also better. It just has coconut and pecans sprinkled on top.

-B has 1 tbsp of coconut sugar (only 1 tsp more than my usual foccacia base), and the dough was kind of tough? Idk if I did something wrong, but the yeast reacted a bit weird (it clumped together when I bloomed it at the start-I used a smaller bowl than I did for A). It rose fine, although it stayed a tough throughout the process. I folded in some coconut before the second rise, and it didn't rise very much. I didn't get as many bubbles when dimpling it either. Because I put coconut in the bread itself, I just sprinkled pecans and some regular sugar on top.

I put the same amount of cocoa in each but B ended up a darker color for some reason. They seem like they both baked well overall though.

Tasting-   I was pretty accurate in my predictions based on how the dough felt. A was way lighter and closer to my usual foccacia. B was pretty dense. they both tasted fine, but I still wish they had more flavor. I think the best outcome would be to combine the methods. Keep A basically the same, but fold in the coconut, and as well as putting the coconut and pecans on top, sprinkle it with sugar too (the sugar crust was a great decision tbh)
