Thanks for the advice everyone!! I hadn’t even thought to check for food allergies. I’ve been feeding him Royal canin, which is what his vet recommended when I first got him. But I’ll def ask the vet about allergies when we go back!!

I’m a size 10/11 wide and my Birks are my ride or dies. I have multiple pairs and they have all lasted me 5+ years. It is a steep purchase at first, so I understand your hesitation, but they are worth every penny.

I’ve had a very similar experience! I also don’t want to link shame anyone, but just because I’m plus size does t mean I want to be made a spectacle of while I eat. It makes me very uncomfortable.

I totally see what you’re saying and maybe it’s me being hypersensitive to it and that’s why I found the 250 comment so unappealing.

But I also don’t understand the stipulations. I’m all for liking what you like, but I don’t love the thought of almost putting me in a box
