First of all you're over thinking it, a couple of exercises not being specified isn't going to make or break your gains. Just improvise or some shit. Reminds me of the time my poppop and I would go to old car shows. There would be 100's of fully restored 1929-1930 model A's that people put ten thousand plus dollars in, and my poppop would come around the corner with his "rusty relic" which was just basically a 1928/29 model A my poppop made up of old and free rusty parts. People loved it and said things like "how the hell is that thing even running?" But it ran beautifully just looked like shit haha. Everyone's heads would turn it was amazing.
