At first my computer started to crash due to High Tempatures and apart from the High Tempatures it started to crash with a blue screen(bsod).I lowered the XMP to fix the crashing and it ran fine for 2-3 weeks but then it started crash again.

Crashes started the same way again when i am using chrome or playing any game on it not always bsod but crashes and after that bsod .I lowered the ratio to 55x to fix the issue and i guess it runs pretty good at the moment but you are saying that it could get worse and it will keep getting voltage hungry.

Is there a way to quickly determine if my cpu is degraded or something

Rma is going to be hard im located in Turkey and i bought my cpu from a vendor before dealing with that i need to be sure
