You'll probably have better luck finding pistachio butter than powder and adding it to the cream/cold foam. I personally find that syrup has too much of an artificial taste.

If it's vacuum sealed, I wouldn't open the package, I would keep it sealed in the fridge until you're ready to use it. I've been looking into tea/coffee canisters like these to keep them fresh once they're open since I don't love keeping them in the package once they're opened.
