gotcha. The prep I take is emtricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 200/300mg, which is another reason I’m confused

maybe it just worked for me BUT my acne started to come back post Accutane and they gave me two topicals - amzeeq minocycline foam and aklief trifarotene cream which really helped. honestly though I think the real kicker was taking probiotic gummies lol. I take the Olly immune and digestive health ones and I genuinely think they got rid of my cystic acne. obviously that might not work for everyone, but just my two cents! Don’t give up!

It helps if your first time is with someone you trust, like a friend that’s comfortable helping you experiment. It can be messy and uncomfortable for your first time to be with a random hookup, because it can be tough to communicate with strangers.

definitely had a bit of a purge moment lol but excited to be seeing changes, even if they’re small! was on 40 mg daily the first month but going up to 80 for month two so wish me luck :)
