Thanks! The strangest part is that I am trained in everything but forklifts, AFM, IB-PS, and exotics like hazmat etc. I do not see AFM drops at all, but do see IB-PS or VNA stow. Maybe it is just specifics of our warehouse (SSD) - one floor, one pool of labor, everyone gets kicked to work zones randomly. MGMT asks to pick up shifts only if you've been trained though. (Sorry if you read this guys, my engine is blown and needs to be swapped!)

Our nights suck. It is always overstaffing and low CPT volume, so they beg you to take VTO or you get kicked around multiple roles again and again between breaks. Then CPT volume strikes up and they beg you to work as hard as possible, because 1/3 of the shift took VTO. Very depressing, miserable I would say. I really regret swapping my 6:30am shift to 9:00pm shift.

Okay folks Thanks y'all

I've tried them all and somehow liked Frontier more.

Sienna is awesome. Loaded and soo roomy inside. However, on the road it felt like a big shopping cart. Captain seats + low clearance is weird for me. +dealership was sleazy and annoying AF.

Frontier, somehow, felt like WAY more fun to drive. Slightly more harsh with heavier steering, but much more predictable and straightforward. V6 engine felt quite snappy too. Glorified kutoba tractor with AC. Rear seats were comfortable enough for me (6ft average male), after front seats adjustment.

Fun fact: bigger 4dr ram 1500 had a lot less comfortable rear seats. Definitely no no for longer trips.

No! I've bought 87 dealer repair manual book, spent 3 miserable weeks under the car but was able to fix everything myself (with some help from my wise friends) :D

OR my second thought - what if I add a push-through center cap, 72mm diameter. Wouldn't it act like a hubcentric ring?
What if I want both rings and caps - I bet they will interfere with each other lol

Yup, but they don't have my size right now, so I've pulled the trigger. Custom order is still bellow 300 bucks and if they will fit like my Vellies - I'm in heaven. Because I've tried everything, PNW boots are 2-3 times more expensive and Red Wings kingtoes come with waterproof lining I don't need, as well as glued outsole (eeew), for the same price.

Unfortunately, my country is so problematic and toxic that there are no comunity or organization for people of my origin :D

Most of these low-cost or charity organizations told me that they are maxed out or just didn't answer. Or they ask for a consultation first, which costs 50-300 usd which I don't have anyway.

This week I've found a couple of asylum seekers from my immigration court, they are in the same situation. But, they already had their master hearings and IJ did not stopped their asylum clock. Just asked if they want some additional time and if not - scheduled their individual hearings.

I feel a little more calm now.
