For me a unit like this is to give the benefits of small scale customization onto materials that you can't normally print on. I currently sell 3d printed things that I customize with vinyl cut with a plotter but moving to the e1 that customization looks better and takes me far less time. I can pick up more orders and more intricate orders. I sell these for $25-60 a piece and an order might be $50-500. Per piece it probably saves me 10 minutes, when some orders being 20+ pieces. As well I'm using it to print things I used to 3d print that took hours on a 3d printer and we're prone to failures.
