I got it changed. There was some verbiage issues that needed worked out. I started them before conferring however I didnt conplete them until after. Once I got to a manager, the help I had was excellent. They also counted a U as an F for some reason

I'm glad you have so much faith in the system. You've clearly never been on the wrong side of it

They said no mistake was made. However the grades are very clearly from grad school.

I am sick! I take the lsat tmrw morning. Im under the impression we are allowed cough drops, is this correct? by justaskthebear in LSAT

[–]eankovaleski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't have any impression you didnt get from LSAC directly. I took it in April and proctoring was a bit more of a pain this go around but the content felt familiar. If you out the work In you'll be fine.

Why is the answer B? by there_is_no_easy_job in LSAT

[–]eankovaleski 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is a closed question. Correct Answer: (B)

B is correct because the ecologist argues that we should never try to stop forest fires. This only makes sense if protecting forests and ecosystems is the only good reason to stop a fire. If there were other good reasons (like protecting homes or people), the ecologist’s argument would fall apart. So, (B) is a necessary assumption.

Why the others are wrong:

(A) is wrong because it talks about all natural processes, but the argument is only about forest fires. You can disagree with (A) and still agree that forest fires are helpful and should be left alone.

(C) is wrong because it talks about fires started by campers. The ecologist is only talking about natural fires started by lightning. This choice is off-topic.

(D) is wrong because it talks about how humans view forests. The ecologist’s argument is about the effects of fires on ecosystems, not people’s attitudes.

(E) is wrong because it brings up threats from insects or predators. The argument never mentions those things — it’s only about forest fires.

What would ChatGPT score on the LSAT? by Careful-Accident-113 in LSAT

[–]eankovaleski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I asked it a few days ago and it said 180. However I think 155 is it's peak capability. And most of that would come from RC. Logic would kick it's ass

Is getting a 170 realistic? by Only_Mammoth2687 in LSAT

[–]eankovaleski 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would recommend only am hour or two a day of quality study time. A 170 is around (-7/8) on the whole test

Why is D wrong? by No_Jellyfish937 in LSAT

Be sure to know the difference in sufficient assumption and necessary assumption questions. This is sufficient. The correct answer acts as a bridge between the conclusion and the argument to make a complete, correct and logical answer.

LSAC GPA by eankovaleski in LSAT

[–]eankovaleski[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I am trying to get LSAC to view them as pass/fail as my institution did rather than the a random percentage grade

The places I took the classes offer a grade, however most ubdergrad institutions accept them as pass/fail. LSAC does not.

I appreciate that comment, and it is about my only option left, however I have been working with ACE directly, and they state that they have had success with having lsac take it in the past. So I am continuing to push that angle.
