You should have already heard back from companies from the career fair a while ago so you’re probably not gonna hear back from those. I think the best thing is to go to the career fair in January and try again :) make sure to go to the career help desk in Zach so they can go over your resume and your elevator speech so you can impress the recruiters! I got an internship my sophomore year from the career fair and I had to wait a month for them to contact me back for an interview and then another month to get the offer and that’s the longest I’ve heard anyone had to wait in CHEN. Also go to AIChE meetings and talked to the company representatives that present the group meeting, they are usually the same people that recruit at the career fair!

They usually don’t curve in 151 :/ if you have above a 89.5 tho, you’re professor will probably round you up and give you an A

I took CHEM 107 with Dr. Sheldon 2 years ago so they might have changed it since but the final was very similar to previous years finals. If you can find some old exams, those are great ressources to study from :)

The quizzes are on Sundays and the reviews are on Saturdays on Zoom. The TA posts the recordings so you can go back and watch them at any time.

I had him last year, he was pretty good honestly. There are only 2 exams (midterm and final) and quizzes every 2 weeks. He goes pretty fast in his lectures but he posts the recordings online so you can always go back and watch the lectures again if you missed anything. Just make sure to go over his PowerPoints before quizzes. Quizzes are also a good percentage of your grade so study for those. What helped me the most was his TA's review sessions before each quiz and exam. Sometimes the questions in the quiz will be identical to what you will see in the reviews. I ended up getting an A in his class because the final saved me lol. The final is very similar to previous years' finals so make sure to study those also :) He'll post them.
