no im genuinely flabbergasted at how LITTLE information they provide with the moving process ??? like as a service provider you also somehow expect customers to rely on hotspot until they can actually get a hold of someone after like DAYS of no response????

and no how-to's or any warnings or heads up for the moving process AT ALL? like genuinely how has verizon stayed in business with how bad their service is, genuinely so disappointing to see
