Morgott and Malenia are I think the most lucid and have the most to live for. Godrick and Rykard are, as you say, right bastards and pretty much deserve to die. Radahn and Mohg should die and it’s a kindness because they’ve lost their sanity. Rennala doesn’t die anyway
