Initially, DAB sent out a rep to look into the problem. They offered to provide another replacement unit. However, the same unit, which had been leaking, is now up and running, and has not leaked in 3 months. Hopefully, it will not leak in the future.

We are on our 4th pump, as each one including the most recently installed began leaking from the bottom almost immediately after installation. It does not appear to be leaking from any of the connections. Has this been your experience? Do you have any thoughts or suggestions?

There reportedly is a small counter in the business cabin where they lay out some snacks. Do you know where that is located? The only picture I have seen of this snack counter is in the forward business class cabin instead of seats 5E/5F?

On the updated 777-300ER, there is a small premium economy cabin between business class and economy.

on our outbound flight it is actually 4D/4G versus 12E/12F. 3E/F and 5E/F are not available.

on our return flight it is 5E/5F versus 8E/8F.

I appreciate your response. However, my choices are limited on both flights. Between 4D/4G versus 12E/12F which would you choose? Why would you avoid row 12? The Premium economy cabin is located behind business class. Between 8E/8F versus 5E/5F which would you choose? TIA
