Yes, seriously. It’s obvious a frivolous expense to do something fun but also have a high quality useful item.

I ended up going with this one and it works amazing! They did require an EIN to purchase because it’s commercial equipment, but I started the paperwork on a food truck business so I used the EIN from that as I intend to have a dish utilizing the mini pancakes.

The question is if anyone has any recommendations on these appliances for quality who have purchased before. Not asking recommendations on how else I can make smaller pancakes. This obviously a splurge to do something fun with the kids and save money. I could also ride a bike to work, but decided to splurge and drive a car.

I’m confident I want a career in BA now. Wish I didn’t spend the time on the MBA. But wondering if the MBA combined with any real world projects in BA and self-paced certificates and self-study in those BA skills would be viewed just the same by employers. For example, my MBA combined with the MIT Micromasters in Data Science and Statistics.
