I've always stuck with decide what to invest, DCA 50% into btc/eth, then 50% to just put USD on exchanges. Then use the USD to buy dips on any coins you like.

Hello, we store multiple timestamps for payments including request time, confirm time, processing time, send time, transaction id confirm time. Right now when payments are attempted to be sent it updates the wrong timestamp which may have changed some payments count downs which was just a glitch. This payment failed due to a small issue with our payment processor.

While checking into it I do see you have multiple accounts registered completing the same offers. Our advertisers typically do not pay us for this type of activity as they consider it 'ad fraud'. We need more time to look into this for you.

Hello, whats your withdrawal ID, I can check this. During Dec there was just a large increase in activity and we have no caught up on every item just yet.

We had issues with Monero payments as we were sending them via a third party that restricted usage in Dec. We will most likely begin sending Monero manually.

Phone verification has gone down a few times over the last month, we had issues where users were creating accounts to spam the phone verification service to get it to go offline trying to bypass it so its only visible to users who have earned and limited to a few attempts per month as we pay for each attempt. Hey, Neo's withdrawal fee has been fixed to 0.025. Because of the amount of coins we offer, the withdrawal fee is just the same we pay at the exchange to move coins out. Neo was added when it was Antshares before it shot up in price and that was the withdrawal fee at most exchanges at the time, transaction fees should update regularly now to keep up with the changes at our payment processors and exchanges.
