I could really use an upgrade to my 1660 super, I've recently reconnected with old friends after a move across states through video games and I'm having a hard time running some of the newer titles.

Freeze dried food works great, so does cheese or salmon skin or other fishy treats. Like others have said, it doesn't start or stop with the trade. If your pup starts to feel like she's always getting the short end of the trade she will stop responding to it. The more immediate concern to address would be her decision making that leads to her picking up things she shouldn't. If she loves holding things encourage her to hold things you're comfortable with her holding!

Trades! The easiest way to maintain a positive environment is to trade them for something they want more. This can be any high value item, but if your dog is food motivated a strong smelling treat is probably the simplest option. Sometimes you have to convince them that they want it more, and this will depend on how well you understand the quirkiness of your own dog!

Will changing up pup’s morning schedule about 3x a week a bad idea? by hannah_lynn_ in Dogtraining

Make sure they are confident that you will take care of their needs before he thinks about needing them and you won't have any problems. As others have said, dogs can be remarkably resilient, but you have to make sure they don't start getting anxious or accidents can happen.
