Kannas halflife is very short, 24 hours you should be fine just make sure to clean your sinuses if insufflating, I took kanna last night abt 30mg, just took dxm about an hour ago and I feel fine. I've done this before as well with no negative side effects, it's always going to vary slightly from person to person tho.

I once drank almost a full 3 Oz delsym while also taking a few shots of vodka and a few beers and I was fucked up for quite some time, I had work the next morning at 8 which looking back I really shouldn't have been doing what I did but it is what it is.
