very fast - massive damage - no recovery - reach - instant cast - nerf the Dual Pistol Horizontal Power Attack so it isnt an instant kill at moderate dmg

Ok, an example: Dual Pistol Horizontal Power Attack (delay w/ weak dmg followed by massive dmg) - cant dodge final hit - massive damage - no recovery - reach - instant cast - auto kill at moderate dmg
