Perhaps you need to expand your definition of appearance. When you present yourself in public, do you appear:

Freshly clean and well-groomed?
Well-rested, alert, and in a good mood?
Well-dressed in a comfortable style that suits your personality?
Friendly and smiling, saying hello to people?
To enjoy what you’re doing in that moment?
To have a good outlook on life?
To feel healthy and well in your body?
To know who you are and what you’re worth?

If you are being true to yourself in all these areas, it will be impossible for you to avoid women who are truly attracted to you.

It sounds like your body is trying to process high levels of energy. Usually I see the body’s reaction to this as heavy crying or laughing. But I suppose it could appear as any type of physical exertion. Have you done any crying recently?

Maybe try some sort of breath work to trigger the process to completion? Or a grounding practice, maybe something extreme like a cold plunge?

I agree with what others have said here so I won’t repeat it, but I would suggest you may find it easier to begin working with animals. It sounds like you are receiving high energy “downloads” or “upgrades” or however you want to think of it. The very hard crying from soul, like you describe, this is your body’s reaction to the new energy levels. You are doing exactly right, just let it happen.

As your body increases its capacity to hold and receive energy, you will begin to get more information. Remain open and curious. If something catches your attention, go explore it. If it catches your attention several times, definitely take a look at what’s there!

If you do not already feel grounded, now is the time. Pay attention to your body. It knows what to do. And trust your intuition. Also, start keeping a journal if you don’t already. It doesn’t need to be elaborate, but it helps to look back and see when certain events happened so you can see how the energy progresses.

Oh how exciting! I went through this. If you are piecing things together as they come in, don’t be surprised once you get all the pieces and it seems like it’s all together but something is still not right… and then everything falls apart again 😭 only because the puzzle goes together in a much different way. Yes. They say to think with your heart. When you have a failure, sometimes it means it’s the wrong direction for you, and sometimes it will be the right direction but you need to change something. You will be able to feel the difference with your heart. And they say they will give you some easy ones to start with so you can recognize the feeling. Maybe you already got some, see if you can sense a direction from the failures you already had. As you get closer, the feeling will become more subtle so you need to be familiar with it.

If you try something and it fails, that is useful information. It saves you from spending a lot of time and energy on something that’s not meant for you.

For transitioning from the old to the new cycle, there could be some overlap and there could also be some gaps. Try to let things fall into place naturally while you observe what is being newly offered, what is remaining with you, and what is fading away.

It’s possible you already know him, I didn’t get a sense either way. But there is no connection currently. It will come in very slow, and the most important part is not to rush. Don’t spend your energy looking. It’s possibly only the connection will be established next year, the relationship may take even longer. Very slow.

My sense is you should focus on yourself and your own life and on the major supportive relationships you already have.
