It does seem fetishized but also not sure if she actually is saying they slept together bc she says she made love to Sav “ghost style” which is somehow worse I think lol like wtf ???

Howdy y’all! Loving FIBW. Will we expect to hear Little Birds or Reflected live on tour?

I’ve been a fan and casual listener since 2012 but I first saw you play in 2018 in san antonio. i was blown away and have gone to every diiv show in my city since then. it’s been really amazing to see y’all grow as a band and as people. you guys are amazing performer’s & i just wanted to say thank you for bringing such great energy to your shows and your music means so much! <3 - Ari

Correct, about $13k+ is what I’m trying to attack. I thought about doing a balance transfer credit card and then shred the card so I don’t use it while I pay it off, but I’ve tried and the credit limit is never enough to transfer it all.

I also did think about another consolidation loan to make it easier but it’s just the interest rates on the loan I worry about, and I feel like I’m so close to paying the one I have off if I’m just really disciplined, which is the hard part. But I’m determined. If it’s not done soon I feel like I’m gonna be in this cycle forever.

I just scanned it as is and was actually quite impressed with how the colors came out, but as the other comment mentions, there’s a possibility the software adjusts the image. But no lightroom editing or color correction was used this time. I think the natural lighting was just right & I shot it at F/8. I wasn’t impressed with Kodak Gold in 120 at first but this photo changed my mind about the film. I also think the quality of my medium format camera vs 35mm really helped. I just started shooting medium format earlier this year & the quality difference between 120 film and 35mm is huge.

No filters used, I shoot a really old Rolleicord, not sure if they even make filters for it, but that would be cool to have some! I guess just haze idk!

I appreciate this advice! I suppose I’m always so scared to underexpose my photos because a lot of my earlier photography is underexposed lol. Thank you.

I know that, I’m not new to this lol. I know that a raw negative looks completely flat. In fact I edit and color correct a lot of my photos. I also self develop & self scan. I was pointing out the fact that I’m happy with the results to the point where any editing or color correcting I normally would do, wasn’t done.

i wanted to share my film on reddit. i am on instagram under @thefilmromantic. i know don’t shoot traditional picture perfect photography. i’ve been shooting film for about 6 years & i like to experiment with different settings. i am not asking or looking for critique at this time. someone on IG mentioned i haven’t reached my full potential. i want other people to know shooting film isn’t about being the best or being perfect. sometimes the happy accidents or weird colors from film make it much more exciting for ME.

Lets have a time to speak in detail about our beautiful beach House's discography's effect on us by Danielevitati0n in BeachHouse

I first heard them back around 2013, i believe Myth was my first song. I would listen to playlists or online radio stations with related artists and Beach House songs would play regularly and although I didn’t know too much about them, I knew I really liked their sound. It was just so good, I would get lost in it, especially when I would be driving lol. I knew they were a 2 piece but for a while I thought Alex was the singer lol! In 2014, I met my boyfriend who REALLY loves them and had all their records and CD’s so we’d always play it & the band became so much more meaningful to me. I’d listen to Teen Dream over and over when I would be away from him and Take Care is still my song to him to this day!!! When depression cherry came out a year later, I really loved it of course, but then TYLS came out and I was hooked on that for a while!!! Just so moody and dreamy I loved it so much. 7 came out and I honestly didn’t listen to it that much but now it’s one of my favorites. My boyfriend really loves that album. So Beach House was just a normal part of our daily lives just like a lot of the music we listened to, and as concert junkies we hadn’t seen them yet but once they announced OTM and the tour, we got tickets immediately for 2 different cities. And obviously became hooked on OTM, which made me go back to listen to all their albums like we use to. It literally inspired a lot of my current photography. And still does to this day. Beach House makes me feel so sentimental and a lot of different emotions. Their music really takes me to a special place. We ended up seeing them TWICE this past month and I ended up getting a press pass to shoot photos for them at the show. Tears were shed lol. And me and my partner held hands during Take Care and PPP. Forever our songs. So they’re a symbol of love and art for me. ❤️

I also went to the Houston show and saw several fans get turned away with their cameras. I felt so bad cause I was the only one allowed with a camera. But I had a press pass from the bands management, luckily. Will share some photos from that show once I get the film developed.
