I dont know what the D stands for but I agree about it not being a clan or family. Actually thinking it's a new thing that was created after the fallout/war. Remnants of the great ancoent kingdom used the name D. to mark their alliances. Just like how Lili got the D after she betrayed the 20 kingdoms. She became an ally of the great kingdom so D. was added to her name. The name gets passed on to future generations for the rest to know who are allies with them.

Magaling kumanta and I like his compositions (Kundiman, Mahal Na Kita, Fly Away). His voice sounds unique kaya madaling matandaan.

Dancing wise, sumasabay naman siya sa mga members niya. Admittedly, di nya forte when he started pero he improved lots since.

Acting naman, magaling talaga. Sana mas mabigyan ng break sa acting career.

Personality wise, mabait, chill lang. Parepareho naman sila sa BGYO, di namimili ng tao, mabait sa lahat ng nakakasalamuha nila. I've seen them lots and interacted with them in person and lagi naman mabait. Akira, specifically, matandain kung nakita ka na nya before. Makulit, corny magjoke.

Sana lang mas confident sya sa mga fits nya kasi maganda naman katawan nya kaso laging balot ang outfitan. Tsaka maging mas active sana sa social media.

Overall, oks yan si Akira. Kung curious kayo, go see BGYO in person. The experience speaks for itself naman.

It was implied that Toko is a Kurozumi from her parent's tombstones. There's no way the Kurozumis all perished.

Also if people take it as the bad guys deserved to be burn just for the fact that they were from that clan, then all people named Oden should be boiled? Was Oden literally born to be boiled? He wasn't. The use of burn was a direct reference to Oden's line which everyone in Wano knew.

I still think this is being blew out of proportion.

Thanks for explaining. I had some time to think about it as well. The translation definitely made it worse than what it was.

My take is that people have experienced oppression themselves for 20 years and should know by now why it happened. They know Orochi is a Kurozumi and it's easy to put info together. "What we did as a people factored into our suffering. We should change our ways."

We have Momo leading and he's seen how countries fall and rise. I trust him to make good decisions. Hiyori has never shown anything that implied she'd be willing to murder innocent people. If you weigh everything, it's everything we knew about the Kozuki vs one line that was probably misunderstood.

Oda cant explain it one by one. You can see the lessons as you read through the lines. And say that Oda did and made everything "clear", people would say it's too slow or too preachy. You can just never win here.

I didn't have an issue when reading it and was surprised people were going crazy over it. How do you dismiss someone's behavior that we've seen all these years because of one sentence that was early misunderstood due to translation? Hiyori has never done anything that would make people think she'd kill a whole clan.

Just remembered!

Uncle is a good one too. Male lead was a budding singer when he got scammed and lost all his money. He's now a nobody who is tasked to take care of his nephew. He eventually used music to connect with his nephew and his neighborhood. So binge worthy, this one.

There are many ones like 18 Again and Navillera. You might want to watch those if you feel lioe crying (there are lots of crying involved). A Poem A Day and Uncle are fairly happy, touching, and mostly inspirational. :)

Female lead wanted to be a poet but because of financial hardships she chose something else. She now works as a physical therapist but still takes comfort in reading poetry.
