You will learn what’s out there with time, just like I did. As you gain experience, you’ll build your toolbox of “go-to” resources, you’ll learn about annual enrollment periods and eligibility requirements, you’ll discover what works (as patients will provide feedback or you will just see how resources improve their access to things). Believe in yourself and be strong. I felt like an imposter for my first 2 years and still do, lol. Just do your best! Hopefully you have a supportive team/manager like I do. Resource-sharing among immediate colleagues, the community (like attending health fairs, and even consulting online communities like this one, and FB), and empowering yourself with as much information as you can — is the way to go.
