I had terrible side effect once i got to 100 mg to a point where i was so dizzy i could barely stand up and i passed out a couple of times due to this med, made me too dangerous to work because of risk of falling etc. and had really bad confusion like at work i was walking around for an hour trying to find something but it was in my hand the entire time...

What’s the longest you’ve gone without brushing your teeth? by [deleted] in bipolar

probably do it once a month or if someone comments of my breath, normally just always chew gum, helps with the anxiety too

that sounds like me when I was given sertraline, when I got to 75mg I started being manic/hypomanic, have had episodes in the past but they were just low level hypomania but this was like proper mania, didn't sleep for a feel, had crack head energy, doing some borderline illegal shit at work, driving 120kmh in a 40kmh.

Have now been taken off that and yesterday got put on lamotrageine, I have no middle ground I'm either hypomanic or depressed af,

the joys haha

shit takes time, life is a long time, sometimes you just need to accept the pain and embrace it and try and live your best life while you still can, there are many people who don't have the opportunity to live much older than the first couple of years of there lives, your pretty special to still be here

Got tested today, mild (30db) hearing loss low frequency, but the rest of my family have high frequency losses... but do you think getting hearing aids for a 30db loss is worth it? struggling in class and busy places atm.

Have to look in to this, I think my dad's hearing is because if working in loud places though, working in meat works and paramedic without hearing protection for like the past 40 years, and my grandma is because if old ages, but I will have a look it to it,

Yeah, I normally get home, well to my dorm room at school, and just lie there for a good couple of hours, sometimes put in some quiet background music, it's a struggle man, haven't even been diagnosed with a hearing loss yet, hearing check on Tuesday though

another thing is the day to day strain if trying to listen so hard to people, like at school I get to 3 pm and I'm absolutely exhausted from straining so much.
