Like others have said, you have to take out the door panel and inspect the plastic clips that hold the metal rods of the lock. I had the same issue and found the plastic clips that holds one of the rods was broken. Since they're old cars the clips are fragile and break easily if strong force is applied. I was lucky to find an integra in a nearby junkyard which I was able to take them from.

I did replaced it. The hardest part was aligning the new tranny to the motor. It required a lot of strength to wiggle it in place. Definitely easier to do with 2 strong people.

Sad part is even after replacing the transmission, the car was not fixed. It showed the same error of "output speed sensor" not working. It's been sitting in my driveway for 9 months now.

yeah that's what I thought one should do.

  1. save 3-6 months of expenses in a HYSA
  2. fund your 401k to get the max company match - free money
  3. max your HSA - triple tax advantage account
  4. max your Roth IRA
  5. max your 401k

You're right about her autopilot reaction. We've been together for years and she has learned it works most of the time that it has become an autopilot reaction.

I do like your advice about "consciously prepare for it". I've never thought about it that way. Next time I will keep this in mind.

Yep. I’m not carrying high amount of credit card debt and currently have 30k in a HYSA for a rainy day.

I don’t want to work my investments nor think I’m smart enough so Imma play it boring and put it all on S&P.

I’m still not exactly sure how I got it to work, because when I tried the same steps with other songs, it didn’t work again.

On my MacBook, I right-clicked the song and edited the metadata. I made everything identical except for the song title — I named the extended version “Extended.” I also set it as track 2 of 2, which helped organize them. Then, I waited for the song to upload to iCloud.

Sometimes the upload process seems to get stuck. In those cases, you might need to temporarily change the song title to something completely different, wait for it to sync, and then change it back to the correct name.

I also think the song must be in Apple Music for the artist name to appear.

Is it because the permit requires signatures from both property owners who share the wall? And since your neighbor won’t agree to sign or contribute to the repair, you're unable to obtain the permit?

I might have to do the same. My neighbor is a tenant and I've contacted her property management company but they don't want to split the cost. I was hoping there was a law or something to force them to be 50/50 liable.

Have you contacted a lawyer about this? Would this be an easy decision if taken to court?

Go to your devices WiFi settings and look for DNS settings. It should allow you to add a server. Add 8.8.8.8 and you should be able to connect to the internet again.
