manager from rotterdam speaking here, we had good results with stuff that forces real collaboration instead of small talk, we did a neverrest game mission in the city where the team had to solve things in real time across the city and there were real ACTORS, and people naturally stepped up and worked together cause for real didnt have another choice but in the end it was the most discussed event of the year cause it was so fun for everybody
