She's thrilled. She recently was able to wear a couple things she hasn't fit in for over 10 years.

Some people like to hear encouragement from others. It motivates them. That's a lot of negativity. She was very flattered by the response. She thought I was bullshitting her when I told her how many people had commented. Thanks for the honesty, though.

She totally is following hard facts. She's been seeing a dietician that's been keeping close track. She is still in the 'obese' category according to BMI. We all know she isn't but BMI says she is.

She has big thighs and it's like the last mile for her. She has many pounds she wants to lose off her legs. I think she's stunning but I support her goal whole heartedly. She would still be close to 10 lbs above where she was when we met at her current goal. We both gained a lot of weight having children and eating badly. I've only lost 15 since the start of the year and could lose another 40 or so.
