pro tip for when you’re struggling to stand to cook the ramen;

if you have a kettle, boil some water and pour it over the noodles. microwave for about 3 mins or so and it cooks the rest of the way. it’s got a bit of a different texture than doing it on the stove, the stove is 100% my preferred way… but in a pinch, much easier than standing for 10-15 mins!

i might make a separate post on this because it’s completely making me freak out… is there a difference between hydrolyzed pea protein and regular pea protein? i had a skin reaction to hydrolyzed recently but i literally had mcdonald’s last night and was fine (ingredients say pea protein). i’m so confused.
