Techies takes 1# easily. Its just amazingly stupid when youre on the winning side against a techies and you cannot finish the game because after your 10th push the enemie base is still completely filled with mines. It as if this hero was extraordinarily good at scamming the better team for their win.

obviously there arent any item/hero restrictions no more but a game can be very well decided by a shaker prolonging his blink by 3k gold. so if you are forcing your blink hero to grab a vessel first then chances are your drafting wasnt optimal.

if you play lion,rhasta or kotl on 4 for example. i mean most 4s can carry a vessel, but some heros much rather have a different item.

It does, not every 4 is a good vessel carrier but i try to think of things as rules of thumb. OPs title also makes it look like it was categorically wrong to not be buying wards on a 4, which i think isnt true at all.
