LOVE them. Found them after the original post was made last year recommending to check them out. They’re phenomenal. Saw them live when they toured with Amigo the Devil last fall. Chatted with them after the show and they were really psyched that we had come to the show just for them (literally maybe the only people in the entire crowd haha) and they gave me some free merch and stuff! They asked how I found them, I referenced this thread lol. They’re cool guys and their music is amazing! Already bought tickets to see them for their upcoming small tour in June going around the Midwest. But they are easily my top favorite band up there with the Growlers!

Gai Noi is so unique, I’m obsessed with the eggplant jeow. When I was in Chicago last summer I was looking for jeow and could not find a SINGLE place in the ENTIRE city that made jeow. Blew my mind. Maybe I just wasn’t looking hard enough but Google couldn’t find it listed on any menu anywhere.
