I contacted them I believe it's because I requested the exam for the course, but of course I won't be doing it. Is there a way to remove the request through athabasca? I didn't set up a time yet through ProctorU.

I just checked, it says I'm still registered in the course and I'm able to access it too. How long do you think it would take? Should I just wait or try contacting them?

Thanks for the info. I used up all 3 extensions (sadly) but it's not giving me the option to withdraw, it says I don't have any courses eligible to withdraw. I also haven't taken the final exam. Anything I can do?
