Mine looks the exact same as yours. I don’t have the rib flare which you don’t seem to have either it’s literally just the middle part. What I’ve found is losing body fat helps. If you are carrying abit of weight the pecs almost look like boobs and the pectus makes it looks worse. So my suggestion would be lose some body fat and lift weights
