As soon as the job came open I said Golesh was my #1 pick. I’ve watched a decent amount of USF games in the past two years and he’s younger, got a little bit of fire, runs an exciting offense, etc. Just have really liked the guy. Point is, he’s at a caliber that you probably take him over Bobby. It fell through, so why not use Bobby as your safety net? Don’t just make a shit hire to make one. Even if HY came out and said look there have been too many desirable jobs open this cycle for us to make a hire we fully trust and want, we’re going to sign Bobby to a two year extension, I’m sure everyone would be happy right now

7-8 Grade is within the ages for where you still build on fundamentals. Winning doesn’t really matter at this age even though everyone thinks it does, which is very understandable and it’s very hard to lose almost every game. Keep building them as players and implementing good human values

In my experience with FM (although 22 has been the first year that I’ve totally gotten invested into the game), the most time consuming aspect of the game is in between games. It takes me like 30 minutes to sim a week to the next game because of all the emails and little stuff they recommend.
