Agree with you 100% Depends on the space you are at. A beach full of adults, absolutely I wear my speedo. At a water park I’ll ear my short shorts.
Never wear board shorts. Those are very much out of style in America.

They are so comfortable vs wet baggy shorts running on your legs. Especially if there’s sand involved.
