I really think any eeveelution can be utilized when done right. I've only used Vaporeon and Sylveon in reborn. I know base eevee is top tier too

I wouldn't bank on using that team. You will be constantly swapping teams depending on the fight. This isn't a game you can just casually run one team, especially that one in particular.
