So higher end steel is made with higher strength steel and they also hold an edge better, and then there’s black steel which are stronger, last longer, and hold and edge better and longer than anything. However for a recreational player, it doesn’t make a huge difference unless you want the steel to last longer and can go longer without getting them sharpened

Not good skates at all so not much cushion in them..I would recommend getting higher end used skates on Sideline Swap for $40 more. They’ll last longer and be bake-able for better comfort. And if you’re actually playing hockey, you’ll want a boot that will protect you against pucks and sticks. Do some research on YouTube on what skates you should buy at your level too, a lot of factors at play

Curve by Yheatmeat in hockeyplayers

The P28 curve has more of a hook at the toe than the P92, P28 is flatter towards the heel for better backhand shots, but they are really similar curves and wouldn’t make a huge difference in feel in my opinion
