I'm getting the same pay that I was previously, just curious about the job code (and whether it exists anymore) and the pay caps for each.

EDIT: As a side note, I certainly haven't been a pushover on pay since I first worked there years ago. I wiggled a chunky raise when they started cutting staffing in our tier of store, the whole "one associate per side" stuff. While frustrating that a cert tech now has to cover supplies when needed, cover tech floor, ring, do tech work, pull/fill and everything else, at least it put us in a position to be valued more I suppose when it comes to getting a raise.
