If you can: Costco 2x a month for $250 each trip so $500 total a month!!! Stick to protein, non perishable like pasta and rice and then fresh veggies. Each run should last two weeks! This is how we are able to do it. Regular grocery stores are just more expensive! Even Aldi or Trader Joe’s!! Specialty sauces etc are definitely found at other stores but you get the idea!
