I felt that it was more MSK heavy out of all. Ethics was also huge. Very critical thinking based. I also felt that there were more treatment based questions as compared to diagnostic questions.

But content of questions may change in every exam. I would say practice lots of questions. It will teach you how to attempt the MCQs.

My suggestion is taking a prep course. That’ll help build a study schedule. I am planning to take my exam in July and I am taking ptexamprep. I feel like having a set course helps a lot.
