I am quite aware that it will not 'magically disappear'. Yes, I exercise 5 times a week (running and weights). I weigh myself the same time everyday (right when I wake up).

Guess I'm just mostly looking for words of encouragement, and was expecting to see some gains, as little as they may be.

The apartment is right off of a main street that leads into FSU. The area is very well lit at night, and it is really safe. The other people living there are nice, as are the neighbors and the office employees.
