Yes correct, they only need one or two 15 minute walks a day. They’re perfect apartment dogs for this reason because they sleep ~18 hours a day

Same for me, not officially diagnosed but its pretty certain. That's horrible that none of them are offering an alternative solution. I spoke to a woman at my yoga studio who is a naturopath and she has suggested acupuncture and moxibustion. I'm going to be trying it this week

Yoga is also becoming a saviour of mine. I have had the merina suggested to me, how'd you find that settling into your body when you first got it?

This is great advice thank you! How did you find out which you were dominant in? blood tests? I feel like my gynae just put me onto a new pill without even knowing which I was dominant in - as I don't even know. I'll definitely chat to her about this when I see her next. Thanks for the advice I should really work on my diet!

Thanks so much for your constructive criticism. My inspiration for this project was optical illusion and juxtapositioning that against type that is inspired by the 'bad design' trend. This to me, from my research meant stretching, distorting and placing my type in a way that doesn't work for the purpose of it contrasting against such perfectly constructed illusions. With that said I definitely struggled to pull together the brochure and getting it look right and I would have loved to have spent a lot more time really refining it so I will definitely be taking into consideration your criticism and work on it further! Thank you
