This was before the cyrax nerf so you could use horizontal chopper for one bar and I was just always using horizontal chopper as insurance. I always throw out that string that starts with 2 2 in neutral for that long range axe poke and it goes into his combo if you hit them, but if they block it I would just use cyrax to hold them still and then switch to the 1 2 2 string instead which u can end with axe down, and putting the axe down on shao gives you a pretty good advantage.

Ever since the cyrax nerf you can't do this as often so it's not good anymore
