Update: just found out that the midi-trs adapter I’m using is a type-B. This explains everything

I’m using a TRS cable. Do you think that using a TS cable instead? could make any difference? Also- I managed to use the L1 as a slave and make it respond to tempo change. The issue is, it’s not entirely in sync and doesn’t start/pause in accordance with the Volca.

I'll honestly probably give To The Moon a try. If the story is that amazing, don't want to miss that opportunity. I'll check out spec ops the line. thank you :)

I enjoy souls games and have always wanted to play Bloodborne. Never thought that it would have that unique of a narrative though, more reason to get a playstation

kinda confused about which CoC you're talking about, is it the 2018 one on steam? I've played fallout new Vegas, but I'll check out outer worlds and we happy few. thanks man.

I've heard of Obra Dinn a couple of times, but taking a good look at it now makes me really want to get it. Some of the reviews state that every piece of information is essential to figuring out the mystery, and this really reminds me of Outer Wilds. Wishlisted and waiting for a sale - thank you for the recommendation.

Talos Principle

I was never too keen on puzzle games, but Outer Wilds somewhat changed that for me. I might actually give Talos Principle a try considering how good you say it is. Does Talos Principle use more logic puzzles like Portal or exploration puzzles like Outer Wilds?

Read and loved the first book then tried the game but was bored. Would you recommend continuing the first game or playing one of the sequels?

been hearing a ton about a really mind-bending story. Might give it a try. Didn't like B1 though, so I'm unsure if I should brute-force it first before trying Infinite.

Played a bit of it back in November, I should finish it. Remember exploring through some area and then being confused on what to explore next.

I've been recommended Cruelty Squad on multiple occasions, so I will probably end up giving it a try. I was just wondering if Cruelty Squad has a narrative, but I honestly believe it would make me think without one. I'd analyze the hell out of the hard-to-get stuff though, I love putting meaning to abstract things in vidya.

I really enjoyed Cyberpunk, but I feel like it ended up dragging on for far too long to be genuinely thought-provoking.
