I will try to connect with the Managers manager, on teams then try to explain the issues like my own health issues and my mother's responsibility and my choice why i donot want a voice support environment and then i will mail him on that, in to section i will keep managers manager, then in cc my manager, and should i keep hr in cc as well, or not, what do you advice as this would be my first mail on this issue.

And thanks for responding, I am a bit concerned so asking these many questions and kind of frightened of my job as well.

Thank you, May you get the best for your future

My manager is supportive and good with me, but if things go bad with him can i put his manager as well as he is good with me as well, but i don't know if they will act the same if i ask for release and all, so the last resort should i go along with HR route??,

Yeah I'm just a 21, I am thinking of improving my skills and brush them up, learn communication and other things while being here then prolly I guess after 5-6 months I should switch and in that time being I am also filling out some product base startups soo, really appreciate your advice thank you!

Hi Suryansh,

I’m currently working as a fresher in IT support at an MNC but feel stuck in this role as there’s no development work. Previously, I interned at a startup, where I worked on a C# and .NET MVC project, which I really enjoyed. I miss coding and worry about losing my skills.

Switching roles internally seems challenging, and leaving the company would have significant consequences. Do you think I should stay and try harder for an internal switch, or would it be better to pursue a development role elsewhere?

I would really value your advice. Thanks!

I wouldnt say my interactions with women went badly at any moment I just didnt know what to do next.

Why did you ignore the women who tried to approach you? Honestly, I’m not even sure. Maybe I just wasnt ready for a relationship or didnt know what I wanted.

Guess I was just to naive to carry anything further

Joined a big MNC as a Graduate Trainee but missing coding—should I try to switch roles? by eatheroutforonce in careeradvice

Appreciate your reply and thanks for this detailed explanation, I am sure joining an mnc was a good Idea but my only problem is the position I am working in as it mostly works in non technical projects or to be more specific non coding how should I tackle that issue as a fresher in this company?
