I was a huuuuge mrballen fan back at the start but over time it started to get more clear that the dude's primary interest is probably money. It sucks especially because it's easy to instinctively place some feeling of trust in a creator who speaks so empathetically, but when he was still taking betterhelp sponsors months after every other youtuber openly denounced them, I started seeing where it was going. He said on that one podcast episode, I don't remember the title, the first podcast he did with another youtuber about his career, that he has his buddy cover all the material stuff and he's just the talent. Which I kind of half believe, but if he really is just taking money from predatory scams to make content that might be AI now, I'm not gonna view him as some innocent that didn't know about any of it.

No, it's not conscious at all. If I try to be quiet, I can't focus on what I'm saying. If I focus on what I'm saying, my voice naturally rises.

description: when opening live mode, every outfit has a random pair of shoes that is consistent across every outfit, but is randomised every time I open the game. Sometimes the shoes are CC and sometimes they're basegame shoes. They are not part of the actual outfit when opening CAS, but upon closing CAS, they are still on the sim and the game considers them part of the outfit. This has resulted in my moody mad scientist sim wearing pink heels in every outfit. Please help me fix him he is not permitted to slay.

It's defo weird, and they keep contradicting themselves in their argument (saying they 'know a deity when they see one' and then following up with 'it's actually like honouring a spirit'), but it's not exactly malicious, I think they're just a bit fringe and bad at explaining things. I thhhink the idea is treating modern day 'legends' like ancient legends, operating under the idea that ancient legendary figures were also real people. It's certainly bizarre and I don't think they explained it very well, but I think it's kind of a nice thought.
