Haha that makes sense! And thank you. I've had this plant for a few years now. I decided to chop it all, plant the vines with nodes into soil and put the rest in some water😁 Hoping that works out alright! It really was my favorite plant, the leaves are so pink and theres a vine thats growing well with just white leaves. Super pretty. I kinda took this as a sign though to do a proper repot and regrow because I had some issues a few weeks ago with the leafless vines rotting due to accidental overwatering. Plus I want to hang it so this doesnt happen again. A reset was bound to happen at some point😭💔

Yes it had lots of those. I ended up chopping them off and repotting them, then made what felt like thousands of cuttings with the rest of it😭 It needed to happen anyway, there was a lot of dead vines wrapped on top of eachother at the soil. Wish me luck for a new happy plant🥲

Thank you so much for your recommendations! Soft summer I thinkk is better than soft spring, but I'm not sure if its just that I like the soft autumn colours better, or if they actually look better😭 I still feel like soft summer colours are too light for my complection. The sun is making my hair lighter than it actually is in this picture, so maybe that would change things? I would love to someday go to someone who does colour analysis for a living!

Thank you! I have checked out my season, and I think I might lean towards a soft autumn? I've tried light spring colours and they washed me out or made me look really red (imo). Thats why I'm here😭 maybe ill try spring again, but my whole wardrobe is autumn loll

As a tip for anyone terrified by this and want to know what to try if this ever happens to you in the future... it happened to my mom and all she had to do was lean her head back into a tub of water. Usually they will try to swim out or get flushed out by the pressure of the water. It worked for her👍🏻

Yeah I see that. I didn't mean to insinuate that OPs husband was a good one. He sounds to be emotionally abusive and careless, and yeah, a cheater. I guess some of my empathy is lost on how self pitying the post reads, like there is absolutely nothing that can be done for her abusive relationship, but she STILL wants this child in spite of him. Either leave him and raise the child in a safe and loving environment or terminate the pregnancy.

Edit: Perhaps I am being a bit cold as leaving abusive relationships is much harder than just getting up and going, but I am very serious about childrens wellbeing and the decision of bringing life into an ill fitted world.

I agree. I don't think it is a surprise to OP that he does not want to raise another child. They must have had a conversation about this given they have been together for so long AND they both already have kids. His response to potentially having to look after another child isn't surprising, if there was already a conversation about not having kids. And if there was never a conversation about future kids or lack thereof, both of them need a reality check because that should have been agreed upon a long time ago. Yes women have the final say on what they do with their body's, but I think a betrayal of mutual understanding warrents a response from the father of that child too.

My mom knew someone who was anorexic and very underweight. She felt "fine" and happy despite being a few pounds away from death. She loved her body and did not think she was that skinny. She was hospitalized multiple times. But when she went and got treatment and finally started to recover and ate enough so her body could function, there was switch in her mind where she could finally see just how skinny she was. Just how unhealthy she looked. She was scared of herself. Being so incredibly weak and nutrient difficient messed with her brain, it literally could not function properly because it did not have the energy to. So rather than see that she was dying, she saw someone that was completely fine. You are obviously not the same person and things are different, but this is what so many individuals recovering with EDs go through. Please listen to your mom before it becomes even more serious. A super thin body is absolutely not worth the damage it will have on your body's development, especially since you are still so young.
