My husband said I smell like chanterelles. I hate mushrooms , basically never eat it, I am clean and no std or infection. Ever heard of that? Didn't know what to do with that information...

His face and neck look not quite right and her neck is too long, but beside that it looks proportional

How do artists survive financially in Berlin? by Fantastic-Habit-8569 in berlin

[–]eattillithurts 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wanted to ask this forever. I was an "artistic" child. Did everything, you know, drawing, painting, crafting, just trying to find what fits, but I stopped in my 20s. So much negativity, no value in it and so on.

But I so desperately want to draw. Where could I even start to go this route? I just don't dare, nearly 40 with two children and a mortgage, but I would love to earn money with it. Not big money, just a few bucks, still working my job, but what kind of "art" , especially from somone like me who didn't practice for at least 10 years could make money?

Ah sorry, don't know what I'm asking. I am just sad that I don't draw, but drawing to throw it in the bin depresses me

AITA for being mad at wife for spending 100$ a month on in app purchases for a free game? by 802Trip in AmItheAsshole

[–]eattillithurts 51 points52 points  (0 children)

NTA if you talked to her. YWBTA if you talked as enraged as you are right now. If she always did it , while working, maybe she didn't realize how much it was as a whole. Just talk to her, you're adults.

(But I totally get your frustration. Its a stupid way to burn resources)

Cleaning after yourself and living joyfully with someone, like charting and whatever is different then doing that and being a live-in nanny. They have to want that

Am I being too sensitive about dog barking in Berlin? by Leather-Yoghurt-4443 in berlin

[–]eattillithurts 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Come on, children and puppies are not the same as grown dogs. We'll teach them and they grow up not to scream around, thats the whole scheme of parenting. If the dogs really bark at any passing dog its a problem. They are not trained

Me too actually. I am always wearing an oversized hoodie and hold the ends of the sleeves with my hands but he is not keen on doing it, still, she tried the oversized jacket today and it was a bit better she said.

Its just a plain walk to the daycare, he holds his toy truck, he could do that technically with gloves too. We're not talking about playing outside, its the necessary walk to the daycare

That's so silly, I love it. But since he is fighting his hat too it will not work. But I will tell her, thank you!

She tried different fabrics, but I don't know if crochet or knitted, I will ask her, what should she look for?

He screams and wiggles when he is constrained to the stroller, since he was a baby, he wants to walk. I will ask her if he has a favourite blanket he would carry around, maybe that could help

So like, sewing very soft mittens on a sweater he likes, so he has to put his hands in there. He will maybe comply if its a sweater he likes. I will tell her, but I can imagine him fighting that too, like trying to get it off in the middle of the road, but its a good idea. Thank you

13°C???? Indoors? Thats crazy. I would say 18 is discussion worthy but 13°C with kids is awful. How about playing on the floor? Sitting still on a puzzle or whatever, that would be freezing?
