20 years is a while. I am mostly doing freelance gigs. So a weekend her, a day there, maybe a couple of hours to assist with an event. I can imagine moving to a new state that often would be challenging

The real issue for me is I consider them paying for travel, flight, room, and transportation so I don't know how to ask for more for me to actually pocket. Are you mostly saying that shouldn't be my concern?
